I am already an Amped user, do I have to create a new account for Amped Casual Games?
You can use your existing Amped accounts to purchase a game from our Amped Casual Games website.
Do I have to purchase a game to create an Amped Casual Games Acccount?
Not at all! You can create an account by clicking on “Register Now “ on right upper corner of this page.
The system is not allowing me to enter my email address or password ; why?
Kindly check the formatting of your email address (username) and password. The Email/username is a standard email address format; Password is case-sensitive and should be 6 to 20 characters and contain at least 3 numbers.
I forgot the password of my Amped Casual Games Account?
No Problem , just visit http://accounts.amped.ph/ForgotPassword.aspx , and enter your registered email. You can also call our hotline number at 480-2274. You May contact us through this hotline number from 10AM to 7PM, EVERYDAY.

B. POPCAP Downloads Help

Explain the difference between "Download" or "Deluxe" Games and " Web Games"!
"Deluxe" is an another title for downloadable version of the game which can be installed on your computer thus same with the download version..
You will need an Internet connection to download the game, and also to register the game for unlimited play if you later decide to purchase it. However, you don't need to connect to the Internet to PLAY it.
Online/Web Games are the free versions of the games available for play on your Internet browser. You don’t need to install anything to play a web version.
What is the System Requirements in each game?
We highly recommend that you review the "System Requirements" for each game on its game page as the system requirements do differ from game to game. Download and install size is relatively small , ranging from 5- 35 mb. But Generally if you have the following PC Specs, you should able the enjoy any of our game.
Operating System: Windows 2000/XP Vista
Memory: 256 MB ram or higher
Processor: 700 MHz or Faster
Direct: 8.0
Video Card: Internal/ External 64 MB video card

Note: Internet connection ( Dial Up or DSL) is required to download and register the game for unlimited play. It is not possible to register the game without an Internet connection.
I received a connection time out or download cannot be completed message while downloading a game?
If you receive "The connection to the server was reset" error, your download is "timing out" or quitting after a certain amount of time. This can happen for a number of reasons, but usually its just cause by your ISP connection, or security utilities like firewalls, not allowing the download to finish.
Do Downloadable Games work with Windows Vista?
Most of our games will work on Windows Vista Home, Business and Premium
We strongly recommend that you download the free trial version before purchase to ensure the compatibility to your computer
What do I have to do to register or unlock my game?
When you download a game from our site, you receive either a Timed Trial or "Level Locked" version of the game. This allows you to try the game in your own time, either within an hour trial or up to the first 3 levels of a game and decide if you would like to purchase the full version of the game.

If you do decide to purchase the game. Kindly register to http://casualgames.amped.ph/ and top up the required amount. You can click the BUY button on the game or the actual game information page in our page. Follow the instructions and you will received the serial number to unlock the full version of your game. Once your game is installed on your computer, start the game and follow the instructions below.

1. Select and copy the Order Number (POPID) included with your confirmation receipt.
2. Return to or start your game. On the opening screen, click on the "Already purchased this game?" link at the bottom of the window.
3. Click on the input box and paste or type the Order Number inside.
4. Click on the Register button to launch the online process. After validating your order, your game should be registered and unlocked for unlimited play.
5. Return to your game to verify it is unlocked.
6. Click "Continue" to play!
Note: Internet connection ( Dial Up or DSL) is required to download and register the game for unlimited play. It is not possible to register the game without an Internet connection.. And Make sure your Router and Firewall are properly configured (i.e. Not blocking the game etc...).
I reinstalled a game on my pc where I originally installed it , Do i need to unlock the full version of my game again?
Not at all , just reinstall the game on the pc where you originally activated the full version and your good to go.

Online Games/Web games are the free versions of the games available for play on your Internet browser. They're lots of fun, you must be connected to the Internet to play them, and did we mention they're FREE?

I have a problem with a PopCap web Games when I'm trying to play, what do I do?
Note: Online games are free games and only playable over the Internet.

In order to play these games, certain components should be installed and activated on a computer through its browser. Depending on the computer and its browser, this could range from ActiveX components, Flash Player to Java components. If these are not installed through the computer's Internet browser, PopCap Games products that are web-based will not operate properly. On the other hand Purchasing the full-versions of PopCap Games products does not require the usage of browser components.

Other possible issues that could cause blocking of our Online games may be firewalls and virus scanners. We recommend you add our site to your list of "Safe" or "Trusted" Sites for your browser, firewall and virus scanners. Please refer to your software's help articles regarding adding safe/trusted sites.

D. Purchasing a PopCap Game

How do I purchase a game?
Here are some step by step instructions on downloading and purchasing the game:

1. To download and try out the game for the free trial period, click on "Try Free" on the game page of your choice.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions on how to download and install the game.
3. Once you decide you would like to purchase the game, just click "Buy Now" in the game menu (stop the game at any stage or wait till the end of your free trial). You can also click "Buy Now" on the game page where you first downloaded the game.
4. Login your Amped username and Password ( You can register if you don’t have an account yet)
5. After you login , The Amped Casual Games shopping cart will appear, so you will need to be online. You will see your game listed in the cart.
6. When you have completed your purchase, you will be shown a game receipt and receive an email to confirm your purchase. You should print AND save the receipt and email. Follow the instructions in the email to unlock and register your game.

The game is yours to play whenever you want! There's nothing else to download, no need to restart your computer, and no additional fees. Enjoy your game!
I closed the page displaying my game receipt before noting the details. ?
If for some reason you did not return to the Amped order receipt page, please do not attempt to purchase the game again. You will be sent an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the ordering process. This will contain all the order information required.

Please check any spam or junk folders on your email program, as our email may have been detained. If you do not receive your email within 48 hours of placing your order, please use this form to contact our Customer Support Team. We will reply to your email within 2 business days.
I ordered the game but haven't received my order confirmation email. ?
Initially the serial number will appear also on your screen. If you failed to take note of it please do not attempt to order the game again. First, check any spam or junk folders on your email,. If you do not receive your email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our Amped Customer Support Team. We will reply to your email within 2 business days.

E. Troubleshooting Tips for Your PC

Game crash or freeze?
Game crashes or freezes are cause by a number of reason. Some of them might be related to your video and sound card drivers. Kindly update them to their latest version. Also close other backgrounds programs while playing a game to ensure a smooth performance
You can try the following solutions to if a game crashes.

1- Uninstall and re-install your game.
2- Too many programs running.
3 - Update Your Video Card Drivers.
4 - Update Your Sound Card Drivers.
5 - Update your DirectX. .DirectX is a set of drivers from Microsoft that controls the sound and video displays on your computer.
Experiencing a graphics or video problems while playing?
1. Kindly update your video card drivers. Refer to the manufacturers user manual or website for updating process , it varies from manufacturers to manufacturers.
2. Close other programs while running the game.
3. Check your computer specifications. Make sure they meet the system requirement specified on each game
4. Updates your direct x drivers. The latest version of DirectX can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/directx.
No Sound can be heard while playing?
1. Click the volume button on your windows taskbar. Make sure it isn’t set to volume zero or muted.
2. Check the options menu and sound setting on the game.
3. Make sure you have correctly installed your sound card driver and all audio connections is properly connected.
4. Updates your direct x drivers. The latest version of DirectX can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/directx.

F. Frosmo ( Amped Casual Tournament Games )

How do I play for cash tournament?
Each cash tournament cost 15 Amped Credits. You Can click in the Tournament based gaming tab of our Amped Casual Game Website to view the list of Frosmo Games. You can click the tournament page in each game and follow the instructions to join.
Do I need to register to use Frosmo?
No, you do not need to register to start using Frosmo. On the other hand joining a cash tournament requires an amped account.
What's the difference between a Cup Tournament and a Ranking Tournament?
In a cup tournament you play head to head against others in real-time. The winner(s) continues to the next round and play against other winners until there's just one left - the cup winner. If a player does not qualify for the next round, it is possible to participate again the same tournament with a new key code as long as the signing up has not closed.

A ranking tournament is like a time trial: you play without an online opponent. Once you've finished the result is saved. At the end of the tournament the highest score/s wins!
If I win, how do I claim my prize?
In every cash tournament you won , you will earn points that you can either remit for a virtual item in amped casual games such as tantra, frosmo and getamped. You can also choose a real world prize such as listed ( example bags, gadgets, phone etc). In that case we will contact you accordingly once we received your claim request.
What happens if I purchase a key code but then I am unable to play the tournament?
Key codes are valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. You can use your code within this time for another tournament.
What happens if my browser crashes while playing?
Contact the tournament administrator for more information.
My connection to the Frosmo crashed during the tournament, still I am able to access other sites. Can I get refund?
Contact the tournament administrator for more information.
I have joined a prize tournament but my browser does not support Flash. Can I get a refund?
Since the terms and conditions clearly state the requirements for our service, we don't refund under these circumstances. However, the key code is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase so you can play using a different computer.

Are all the opponents real people?
Yes, all the players are real humans just like you.
My ball got stuck / the game has a bug which makes the ball behave weird / the ball does not move when I hit it.
Contact the tournament administrator. He will watch the replay and if there is a bug within the game it will be fixed. Successful bug reports will get 3 free key codes.
What are "Practice”
This is the free component of frosmo games. You can practice for free before you decide to join our cash tournaments. Just click on the “ TRAINING “ tab to access this feature.
What are statistics?
From the statistics page you can see the hall of fame, top scores and the statistics of previous cup and ranking tournaments. Hall of fame presents most money won in prize tournaments, and also success and activity in tournaments in general. Play good and you'll be listed for everyone to see.
How do I read the statistics page?
Hall of Fame shows you the best of the best.

Top Scores shows you the best time/score per level. You'll need to participate the special record tournaments to get a valid comparable result. Target score in this chart is like PAR in golf - the average hits/time it takes to complete a level. Your job is to beat the target score / time. Check your best results against the records with nick name search. When you move the cursor top of the course or track name, you'll see also image of the playground as a reminder.

Cup Tournaments and Ranking tournaments show you the latest winners in tournaments. You can also search for the tournaments you have participated by checking it with your nickname. Nick is not case sensitive: Player and player gives the same result.
