1. What is the service? The Gaming Pins Mobile Download option allows you to download electronic scratch cards that you can use to top-up your gaming account online. You will download using your mobile phone, all via text-messaging. Upon successful download and charge, you will receive a text-message with card and password details.

2. Who can use the service? All postpaid and prepaid subscribers of GLOBE and SMART can use this service.

3. What denominations can I avail of? You can download the following denominations: 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 only.

4. How to download? From your mobile phone, type the correct keyword and send your text to 5333. You will be charged the applicable rate. You will receive 2 messages. The first message is the confirmation message and the second message will have the card and pin details. The list of keywords are: GET AMP20 To download 20 Credits GET AMP50 To download 50 Credits GET AMP100 To download 100 Credits GET AMP500 To download 500 Credits GET AMP1000 To download 1000 Credits HELP AMP To get help and previous transaction Example: Type GET AMP50 and send to 5333.

5. What are the charges? You will be charged P2.00 for every Amped Credit For example, 20 Credits would be charged P40; and 50 Credits would be charged P100.

6. When will I be charged? You will be charged as soon as you download and text the correct keyword to 5333. For prepaid subscribers, the amount will be automatically deducted from your prepaid credits (load). For postpaid subscribers, the amount will reflect in your next billing statement.

7. Is there a download limit? Yes. Prepaid subscribers can download a maximum of P3,000 worth of e-pins daily while postpaid subscribers can download a maximum of P2,000 worth of e-pins monthly.

8. Does the gaming pin expire? The gaming pin does not expire although we highly recommend that you use the gaming pin as soon as you download it.

9. Can I refund a downloaded gaming pin? No. As soon as you download a gaming pin, we guarantee that it is 100% in working condition. If proven that your gaming pin is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

10. I did not get a text-message? It normally takes 1 to 3 minutes from the time you text-in to the time that you receive a 2-part text-message with the card and pin details. Message delays are normally due to network congestion. IMPORTANT: If you are a prepaid subscriber and if you do NOT have enough phone credits (load) to process the transaction, you will not receive any text-messages. For delays of more than 30 minutes, please email: epins@ayannah.com.

11. I accidentally deleted the text-message with the e-pin? To retrieve your last transaction, text HELP AMP to 5333. Note: You will be charged P2.50 for this transaction. For requests of older e-pin download please email: epins@ayannah.com.

12. I tried using the e-pin details online but my account failed to top-up? Please make sure that you entered the correct details. Sometimes, 0 is mistaken as O and vice versa. For further assistance, you can email epins@ayannah.com. Make sure to provide your mobile number, the keyword you texted-in, and an estimate of the date/time of the transaction. You will get a reply within 24 hours.
